Creative Visualization
Practicing Creative Visualization (which is sometimes referred to as Guided Imagery) involves using your imagination to cognitively construct positive and realistic situations in your mind that you would like to bring into reality.
Creative Visualization can be defined as a cerebral process for mentally constructing visual images. When mental images are not created for sought after goals, hoped for achievements are basically left to chance. By means of Creative Visualization techniques, participants are guided, through a series of easy-to-follow steps, to creatively imagine moving through the visualization to achieve the end result for which they are hoping.
The Creative Visualization techniques are stress-free, affecting a relaxed and calm state of being. Also, the techniques do not require any past knowledge or training, since the expectations for success in practicing the creative visualization techniques are variable and flexible. Effective implementation of Creative Visualization can enhance cognitive, physical, and emotional responses, all of which have an impact on overcoming challenges, achieving sought-after goals, and strengthening personal confidence.
