Saying NO to Guilt and Regrets;

Saying YES to Forgiveness

This workshop addresses what can best be described as a “hot topic.” Most persons admit to feeling guilty or  having regrets. You will probably agree that sometimes it’s easier to hold on to guilt and regret, rather than to be forgiving, whether its forgiveness to others or to yourself.

Actually, forgiving yourself can be a challenge, but it does signify that you appreciate that you have made mistakes and that you are fallible; it also means that you love yourself and that you are kind and caring to your personal essence. By forgiving yourself, you become freer inside your emotional self—all of this is marvelous, but it takes work to get to this place.

You will explore how you use guilt and regret to hold yourself back from becoming less emotionally encumbered. You will also explore how forgiveness of others, as well as of yourself, can be empowering, and how it has a positive effect on your emotional strength. Attending this workshop is sure to have a positive impact on the way you think, feel, and react.
