Strategies for Managing Life Transitions

Real Talk, Real Support

As each day unfolds, most human beings choose to live with thoughts and feelings of safety, security, purpose, calmness, and comfort and, most significantly, to have the ability to cope within a reduced-stress reality.

The objective of this eight or twelve week group is to support participants in their effort to identify the primary issues that prevent them from experiencing their imagined “best life” as they consider their personal circumstances.

They are guided to:

  1. Identify their issues;

  2. Learn how to prioritize those issues on which they would like to focus; and

  3. Determine what they would like to achieve as a result of participating in the group.

Participants agree to keep confidential all that is discussed and shared within the group, as well as understand that while comments and suggestions are encouraged, criticizing or judging are never permitted.

This Life Strategies for Managing Life Transitions group is dynamic and the attendance in it can be positively life-altering
